-Customers who cancel with more than 24 hours notice can get a full refund, or reschedule for a later date. -Customers are asked to have materials ready at the beginning of the online class. -(Single classes) Tangled Trails: Art for Tranquility will refund the customer for the cost of the class minus a $5.00 administrative fee if they are not fully satisfied. -(Multi-week course)- Tangled Trails: Art for Tranquility will refund the customer the cost of the course minus a $5.00 administrative fee if they are not satisfied after the first class. -Nicoline is a Certified Zentangle Teacher with permission from Zentangle inc to teach the Zentangle® Method. -Customers consent to having the class recorded and screenshots of the class taken. Photos/screenshots may be used for promotional purposes.
